  • Arnold Strongman Australia Champion: In 2019, Rob achieved a significant milestone by winning the Arnold Pro Strongman Australia, becoming the first openly gay man to win an international strongman competition.
  • Log Lift American Record Holder: Rob set the American record in the log lift event by pressing a massive 475 pounds (215 kg) overhead, demonstrating his extraordinary power.
